Founded in Portland, Maine in 2014 with a desire to provide brewers of all scales with world class yeast, this confidential west coast company will premiere their second operational location on the Arsenal campus.

HISTORY MAKERS

A trailblazer for women of color in the armed forces, Alfreda helped break the color line during WWII as an ammunition and uniform maker at Frankford Arsenal. She was acquainted with the family of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and later in life she was invited to dinner with President Obama.
